Upon termination, you must stop using our services, and any outstanding fees for completed work must be settled.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Gamma Pegassi will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any necessary legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Meydan, Dubai, UAE.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Gamma Pegassi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
